The acquisition will strengthen Strata’s in-house AV production, fabrication, and production management capabilities, broadening its offer and increasing its team of talented event professionals, including skilled production managers, technicians, designers and fabricators. . When the opportunity to acquire the company came along it was an easy decision for us to make and offering us the chance to work together on a more strategic level.
