Outside Catering Packages

Valid from 15 October 2019 - Valid to 31 December 2020

At the Holiday Inn London – Sutton we know that food is sometimes the most important element of an event. Some occasions or cuisine styles require a more specialised team or kitchen to provide.

Should you wish to look at utilising your own External Caterer for an event, we offer the follow Dry Hire Package options. Contact a member of the Events Team for further information.

Basic Dry Hire Package

The Basic package includes:
Hire of the Orchard Suite function hall from 15:00 to 00:00
Use of the function kitchen on the first floor
Round banquet tables, banquet chairs and dance floor (all undressed) (Holiday Inn Sutton to set up the initial table plan and chairs)
One member of staff for guidance purpose only*
One small meeting room for the storage of equipment (subject to availability)
Corkage fee for beverages brought in and served by the caterers teams
Basic Dry Hire Package at £2000.00 inc VAT**

Enhanced Dry Hire Package

The Enhanced package (for up to 150 people) includes:
Hire of the Orchard Suite function hall from 15:00 to 00:00 Use of the function kitchen on the first floor
Round banquet tables, banquet chairs and dance floor White linen table cloths
(Holiday Inn Sutton to set up the initial table plan and chairs) One small plate and one big plate per place setting
5 piece cutlery per place setting (small knife and fork, big knife and fork, dessert spoon)
One member of staff for guidance purpose only*
One small meeting room for the storage of equipment (subject to availability)
Corkage fee for beverages brought in and served by the caterers teams
Enhanced Dry Hire Package at £3000.00 inc VAT**

Short Lead Booking Discount

A discount of 25% will be applied to any Dry Hire Package cost if the event is taking place within 45 calendar days of the booking being placed and with the Hotel.

* Staff member is provided for guidance only - if you require service staff, waiters, porters etc, charges will apply subject to your requirements (minimum of 4 hours per staff member required)
** An additional Room Hire supplement of £500.00 inc VAT is applicable for events taking place on a Saturday
