Self-Catering Events - External Caterers Package

Here at the Hilton Warwick/Stratford-upon-Avon we are able to offer you a package to suit all of your needs, providing you with flexible pricing depending on the room size you require.

All caterers must be an approved Hilton caterer; a list of approved caterers is available for you to choose from.

RATES INCLUDES
Hire of the main suite
Tables and chairs
White linen tablecloths and napkins (one napkin per guest) One set up of function suite (charges will apply for additional turnarounds)
Crockery, cutlery and glassware, one setting per guest for a three course meal (5 items of cutlery, starter plate, main course plate, dessert plate, 2 glasses, tea cups and saucers)
Jugs of iced water
Dance floor
Use of private bar (charge of Hilton bar staff will apply)
Onsite Banqueting Manager to support and coordinate event Storage room
Complimentary car parking for all guests (subject to availability) Chef to monitor the health & hygiene practice
Kitchen Porter for 6 hours
Changing room for day use only
Discounted accommodation rates for guests

ROOM HIRE RATES
Castle Suite - Room Hire - £4,500 - Suitable for up to 300 guests
Avon Suite - Room Hire - £3,500 - Suitable for up to 200 guests
Warwickshire Suite - Room Hire - £2,500 - Suitable for up to 110 guests

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Staffing
A minimum of 2 Hilton bar staff are required per bar at £9.50 per hour, per staff for a minimum of 6 hours.

Additional Cutlery
Knives, forks, spoons and plates – 50p per item

Corkage
You are permitted to bring unlimited spirits, wines, champagne, sparkling wines, soft drinks and bottled beers. A corkage charge applies at £4.00 per guest

Draft Barrells
If you require any draught beers or ciders, this must be supplied by Hilton Warwick at a charge of £120.00 per barrell. Premium draughts available at an additional charge.
Pre-order required at least 14 days prior.

Reception Area
On Saturdays and Sundays we could offer you the Restaurant 360 from 12.30pm at £500.00

Fryer
If the outsourced caterer requires use of our double fryer, a charge applies at £120.00
