Seated Luncheons or Dinners for Church – Civil Weddings
The Wedding Luncheons/Dinners include the venue, canapés & aperitif, set menu, wine & water, coffee & petits fours, services, menu printing, the standard table settings, for a minimum of 100 guests. Also the wedding cake, sparkling wine.
These packages are based on a 5 hour event. Menus are adapted for Villa Arrigo, however if you may wish to opt for another venue, we will adapt a tailored menu for outside catering.
STAFF, VENUE & TIMINGS FOR ALL PACKAGES
The staff compliment consists of a head waiter, waiters, barmen, kitchen helpers.
Chefs, event managers, rest/cloak room attendants are at an extra charge. If the event lasts more than five hours then additional venue & staff charges will apply as below:
Venue - 2018 (€190 p/hr), 2019 (€210 p/hr), 2020 (€230 p/hr)
Staff - 2018 (€65 p/hr p/100 guests), 2019 (€68 p/hr p/100 guests), 2020 (€71 p/hr p/100 guests)
