Afternoon Tea by the sea in Essex

One of the most popular aspects of Sands by the Sea is it’s exquisite Afternoon Teas. In fact they’re so popular that sometimes there is a whole room dedicated to them!

On busy peak days, The View lends itself to host one of the best Afternoon Teas around in sittings – providing that there are no functions taking place! Don’t worry, if there is a function booked in you can still get your Afternoon Tea in either the Glasshouse Bar or the main restaurant.

Sittings are held between 12:30pm – 3pm, and then again between 3:30pm – 6pm.

With perfect views overlooking the Estuary, Three Shells Lagoon and beach, there’s no better location to enjoy a relaxing (or romantic!) Afternoon Tea than with Sands by the Sea.
