Party Event Celebration Packages in Bury St Edmunds

All package prices quoted include VAT and are based on a minimum of 60 guests and a maximum of 250 for the whole venue.

A non-returnable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. We can also create a bespoke package with room hire and an open cash bar with optional choice of catering.

Parties under 60 guests are best suited in the Lounge and Reading Room. Parties for over 60 will have a use of the Ballroom and Green Room Bar or Lounge Bar if required.

No outside catering is permitted.

Corkage is available by the bottle from £10.50+VAT

Non-alcoholic drinks package – £10.00 per person: Unlimited coke, lemonade, water, fruit juice, fruit punch
Alcoholic drinks package – £35.00 per person: Unlimited house wine and house spirits
These drinks packages must be purchased for all the guests attending the party.

Drinks & Canapés Reception – £25.00 per person
- Hire of a room suitable for the size of your party (maximum of 3 hours)
- Choice of one drink per person (from a glass of house wine, sparkling wine, pimms or a cocktail)
- Selection of 4 canapés per person
