Staffing costs
- Lay up costs from £10.00 per staff member per hour
- Banqueting staff – Banqueting staff will serve the food and clear crockery & cutlery into the kitchen
- Approx 1 staff per 20 guests – from £10.00 per staff member per hour
- Kitchen Porter – from £10.00 per hour per staff member
- Bar staff – from £10.00 per hour per staff member
- Manager to oversee your day – from £25.00 per hour
