Today the Regency is a popular function room within the hotel, offering high chandeliered elegance together with spectacular views over Guernsey's neighbouring islands. The Regency offers the perfect venue for dinner and dancing. It boasts a capacity for 200 delegates for theatre style seminars.

Named after Major General Sir John Colborne, Governor of Guernsey 1821-8, this conference room offers high chandeliered elegance for private dinners or the capacity to seat 110 delegates for a presentation. With its own bar and cloakroom facilities, the Colborne Room is self-contained for all events.
