Sundial Group’s three hotel and conference venues – Highgate House in Northamptonshire, Woodside in Warwickshire and Barnett Hill in Surrey – have each been awarded ‘Certificates of Excellence’ by TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site, for the third year in succession.
The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor, and only the top-performing 10% of businesses listed on TripAdvisor worldwide receive this prestigious award.
To qualify, venues are required to maintain an average rating of four (or higher) out of a possible five, when reviewed. Additional criteria including volume of reviews received in the last 12 months.
Sundial’s Managing Director Tim Chudley said:
“It is a fantastic accolade that each of our three venues have again been awarded ‘Certificates of Excellence’ by TripAdvisor and that they all rank in TripAdvisor’s top performing 10% of all businesses worldwide. The awards are testament to the dedication and hard work of everyone at Sundial who are always committed to delivering positive customer experiences.’
Alison Copus, Vice President of Marketing for TripAdvisor for Business said:
“The Certificate of Excellence award provides top-performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most – their customers.”
