Cornwall is a county of contrasts - with beautiful moorlands, unspoiled landscapes, surfing beaches, and fishing villages, combined with bustling resorts like Newquay and Helston, and tourist attractions like the Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. As far as business is concerned, the area also includes plenty of top-class venues, such as country house hotels, dedicated conference venues, golf clubs, and more. Getting to the region is easy via the M4, M5, M6 and A30, rail services, and regular domestic flights to Plymouth and Newquay airports. For meeting rooms and conference venues, the St Mellion International Resort near Saltash, and the Eden Project at Bodelva offer excellent facilities, with a variety of spaces that can accommodate up to 400, and 1,000 delegates respectively. For great party venues and function rooms, Pendennis Castle in Falmouth and St Mawes Castle in Truro provide stunning views from their cliff-top locations, and are suitable for all types of celebrations.
