We specialise in residential conferences, team building, incentive packages, board meetings and private functions. Accommodation is divided between a wide selection of bedrooms within the original manor house and mews, with Bovey Castle’s three-storey lodges available as accommodation or the perfect location for a private company meeting or party.

With some of the finest meeting and conference facilities in the country - from stylish boardrooms to the outstanding integrated presentation facilities – Bovey Castle specialises in hosting business events in a unique environment, transforming the hotel’s grounds into an enormous playground for teambuilding activities or an incentive retreat.

New Bedrooms
Twenty six bedrooms located in the east wing of the hotel have been redeveloped to create twenty two ensuite rooms of uncompromised quality. Each room is individually styled in subtle, restful schemes featuring a pastel palette.

Meticulous details have been considered to give the guest a truly relaxing stay; improved lighting offers different settings to suit every mood, hugely comfortable oversized beds, perfect to sink into, and sumptuous soft furnishings all combine to provide an unforgettable and totally luxurious experience.

Many of the rooms now have separate seating areas with sofa beds and full size breakfast tables for ‘in-room dining’.

The Off Road Experience at Bovey Castle is a thrill seekers dream that will get your heart pumping – the perfect team building experience for corporate days and incentives.

Our off road experience corporate days can also be tailored to incorporate meetings in our hotel conference facilities, or why not add additional activities available at Bovey Castle to create your perfect corporate package.

Corporate prices start from £100 per delegate, based on an hour & a half event with a minimum of 8 people.

Exclusive Track Hire
The off road track can also be hired on a track only basis when using your own vehicles:
- Full day track hire - £1,000 + VAT.
- Half day track hire - £600 + VAT.
