Obama steps into the Oval Office at Madame Tussauds

Newly elected US President, Barack Obama, enjoyed an early inauguration at the world famous Madame Tussauds, as his wax figure was revealed at the London attraction.

Guests attending an awards dinner, party or networking event at Madame Tussauds now have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the world's most powerful man in a recreation of the legendary Oval Office.

'Rougemont Thistle' in Exeter gets £1 Million refurbishment

We are delighted to inform you that the refurbishment work to Thistle Hotel Exeter is now complete. The total investment to the Hotel over the past 5 months has been in the region of £1 million, this has enabled us to add an additional 8 stylish, and contemporary bedrooms to the 4th floor, bringing our total number of rooms to 98, we have also carried out a complete renovation to the front of the Hotel, together with the restoration of our original name 'The Rougemont' from when the Hotel was 1st built in 1877'.

Millennium & Copthorne 'check in' to Liverpool with two new hotels

International hotel group Millennium & Copthorne Hotels has completed a deal to open two new hotels in Liverpool's Central Village development, it was announced today.

The Millennium and Copthorne hotels will be at the heart of the £160million Central Village joint venture between Merepark and Ballymore.

The two establishments, which will create in excess of 360 new hotel rooms in the city, are prominently located within the new development.
